Lifesaving Back Treatment

An ideal treatment for problematic skin, but also a lovely treat for this much neglected and hard-to-reach area. The back is deep cleansed, body brushed and exfoliated to stimulate circulation and cell renewal, and then relaxed with a luxurious aromatherapy massage. The skin is left soft, smooth and revitalised. (45 minutes)

Salt Scrub

Complete body exfoliation to cleanse and refine the skin using a blend of sea salts and aromatherapy oils. A compact treatment with a dramatic result. (30 minutes)

Espa Ultimate Body Wraps

Not just a wrap but a life enhancing experience. Treatment includes lymphatic skin brushing, body exfoliation & a complete enveloping body wrap which combines aromatherapy oils with Algae, Marine Mud or Oshadi Clay. Ultimate tranquillity is achieved with a mind calming oriental head massage. (1 ¼ hours)

Detoxifying Algae Wrap

This therapeutic, balancing & detoxifying treatment incorporates algae rich in minerals & enzymes designed to boost the metabolism & speed up the elimination of toxins.

Restorative Mud Envelopment

A therapeutic treatment ideal for superficial skin problems using marine mud rich in trace minerals. This wrap is designed to leave the skin purified & smooth.

Skin Hydrating Body Wrap

This luxurious body wrap is specifically designed for dry, dehydrated skin using a deeply hydrating and nourishing compound of marine mud, essential oils and nourishing body cream. Excellent before or after sun exposure.

Oshadi Envelopement

Oshadi `Giver of Life` is the ayurvedic term for plants & herbs used in traditional healing practices & therapies. After a sea salt & aromatherapy oil exfoliation, plants and spices are infused to form a nourishing mask which warms & hydrates the skin & helps relieve aching muscles and joints.

Espa Pre-Natal Treatment

This total body treatment has been designed for pregnant & nursing mothers to aid relaxation and tonicity of the skin. The treatment avoids the use of essential oils as advised by the Aromatherapy Organisation Council. This is a luxurious treat using calendula oil, creams and advanced massage techniques leaving you feeling totally relaxed.
